As a long time tenant at Alpine Village, I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Pastore Builders over the years. The setting is ideal; far enough from downtown to be relaxing and peaceful and still just minutes away from everything Erie has to offer. The staff is friendly, professional and responsive, the neighbors are great, there’s nowhere else I’d rather be!

Alpine village has been my home now for 34 years! I enjoy living here very much! I enjoy the pool, the beautifully kept grounds, the timeliness of the maintenance team and the courteous and friendly office staff. The views of Lake Erie, the awesome sunsets and skies above Alpine are part of the reason I continue to call Alpine Village my home.

To whom it may concern, I have rented from Pastore brothers three times in the past eight years of living in Erie, PA. Unfortunately I had to leave three times for overseas deployments with the Army Reserves. Every time I left they were very kind with me getting out of my lease because of orders and always welcomed me back to Willowood when I returned. Fortunately I graduate soon and will be leaving Erie, PA but if I were to return, I would definitely come back to rent from them. They have always been professional and I have enjoyed living with them the past eights years!

I am very pleased to sign my lease. The office personnel are very friendly and helpful. The thirty years I rented from Pastore I never put in any complaints. The maintenance are very polite and helpful. The man who does the streets in the winter comes clear to the curb and that is helpful.

I have been with Pastore's for over six years now and it is the nicest place that I have ever lived! My apartment is beautiful and the lawns are well kept. I usually don't have any maintence issues but if I do their team is always very prompt in addressing them. I feel that the neighborhood is safe and the neighbors friendly. I definately recommend them to anyone searching for a place to call home!
